We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our cyber security client's growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and be rewarded for strong performance.
This role will focus on generating new business both directly with end customers and through channel partners. You'll be confident picking up the phone, comfortable with cold calling, and excited about building relationships across multiple routes to market.
Responsibilities:
- Making high volumes of outbound calls to generate new business opportunities with customers and channel partners.
- Proactively prospecting and qualifying both warm and self-generated leads across direct and partner-led sales motions.
- Identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with resellers, MSPs, and other channel partners.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential customers and partners to ensure targets are met.
- Booking qualified meetings and supporting the closing of opportunities for both direct sales and partner-driven deals.
- Working closely with internal sales and marketing teams to drive joint go-to-market activity with partners.
- Representing our client's brand in a professional, consultative manner to customers and partners alike.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, ideally within technology, SaaS, or cyber security.
- Proven business development and lead generation experience
- A confident communicator who enjoys cold calling and proactive outreach.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities across customers and partners.
- A creative, strategic thinker who can tailor messaging for end users, decision-makers, and channel stakeholders.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
