3rd Line IT Support Engineer (MSP) - Wokingham (RG2 area)
Salary: Up to £40K DOE
A well-established MSP is looking for a highly skilled 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join their technical team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of clients, gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies, and play a key role in shaping technical direction. You'll also deliver projects focused on the Microsoft 365/Azure ecosystem, alongside occasional physical deployments.
This is an office-based role with some client visits required, so a full UK driving licence and own transport are essential.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 & Azure, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Intune/MDM, Autopilot, Defender for O365, Azure AD, and Conditional Access
- MSP/Reseller background
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
- Network administration and configuration (DHCP, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP)
- Remote Desktop and Azure Virtual Desktop environments
- Good PowerShell and scripting skills
- At least 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage projects alongside day-to-day duties
- Relevant certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, MS-900, MS-102, MD-102, SC-900, PL-900) highly desirable
Nice to Have (but not essential):
- Azure Virtual Desktop troubleshooting (Azure networking, VM maintenance)
- Microsoft security solutions (Defender suite, Azure AD Identity Protection)
- Associate or Expert level certifications (AZ-500, SC-200, SC-300, SC-401)
