Role: Project Manager
Salary: to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: hybrid in Hampshire approx. 3x per week
We're looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of high‑impact, multi‑department projects and guide cross‑functional teams through successful delivery. This role blends hands‑on project leadership of a small team, with strategic oversight, ensuring initiatives land on time, within scope, and within budget.
You'd be working in a hybrid environment, based between on site in Hampshire and working remotely.
Security Clearance: Developed Vetting ("DV Clearance")
This is a full-time permanent Project Manager position, paying up to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience delivering projects as a Project Manager
- Strong planning, organisational, and time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities, including senior‑level engagement
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse, prioritise, and manage several initiatives simultaneously
What you'd be doing:
- Lead meetings with senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Drive multiple complex projects end‑to‑end, ensuring alignment with objectives and budgets
- Collaborate with strategic teams across the organisation to align resources and requirements
- Motivate and manage cross‑functional teams, setting direction and tracking performance
- Establish and measure success metrics that support business goals
- Identify risks early, manage escalations, and recover underperforming projects
- Oversee revenue recognition and forecasting activities
- Provide clear, consistent communication to executives, clients, and external partners
- Build strong relationships across multiple customer accounts
- Detect opportunities for growth and new work within existing portfolios
- Serve as a senior escalation contact for customers and internal teams
- Mentor junior PMO team members and support their progression
- Help ensure the PMO meets targets
- Contribute to improving project management processes, tools, and methodologies
