Role: Junior Project Manager
Salary: to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: hybrid in Hampshire approx. 3x per week
We're looking for a Junior Project Manager wanting to grow into more responsibility, eventually taking ownership of high‑impact, multi‑department projects and guide cross‑functional teams through successful delivery.
You'd be working in a hybrid environment, based between on site in Hampshire and working remotely.
Security Clearance: Developed Vetting ("DV Clearance")
This is a full-time permanent Junior Project Manager position, paying up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role or similar
- Strong organisational skills, with good attention to detail
- Previous leadership experience, even if a small team
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively
- Willingness to learn project management practices and tools
- Comfortable working with different teams and supporting group activities
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and supporting project delivery
What you'd be doing:
- Gain hands‑on experience working alongside experienced Project Managers
- Help coordinate project activities, timelines, and documentation
- Assist with tracking progress and updating project plans
- Communicate updates clearly to team members and stakeholders
- Build positive working relationships across internal teams and customers
- Help identify any potential issues early on
- Contribute to measuring project progress and success criteria
- Gather information for reports, forecasts, and project updates
- Provide day‑to‑day support across multiple projects
- Spot opportunities to improve processes or enhance customer experience
- Act as a point of contact for queries
- Support improvements in project management processes, tools, and methods
- Contribute to team goals and organisational targets
