Insight Analytics Manager

Consumer Trends & Digital Behaviour, Hybrid 1-2 days a week in London/Shoreditch

A fast-growing company in the digital insights space is seeking an Insight Analytics Manager to help uncover meaningful stories hidden in rich behavioural data. This role is perfect for a curious and motivated analyst who enjoys translating complex data into compelling insights that drive business decisions.

Sitting at the crossroads of analytics, marketing, and business strategy, the successful candidate will use digital behaviour data spanning app usage, web journeys, purchases, and more to identify trends and generate story-led outputs that support commercial and thought leadership efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven insights using proprietary behavioural data.
  • Create engaging, story-led outputs that support client conversations, marketing campaigns, and strategic messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, client success) to uncover insights that matter.
  • Streamline and evolve the insight delivery process, including workflows, systems, and scheduling.
  • Support business development and retention with insight-led content and ideas.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has 3+ years of experience in analytics, ideally working with large consumer datasets.
  • Strong SQL skills (e.g. querying, joining, transforming datasets); experience with AWS Athena is a bonus.
  • Experienced with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or QuickSight, plus Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Comfortable interpreting research briefs and aligning analysis with business objectives.
  • A confident communicator, capable of explaining findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curious about consumer behaviour, digital trends, and the impact of data on decision-making.
  • Bonus points for experience working with digital tracking or metering data, or a passion for the App Economy.
