Account Manager - Cyber Security Sales - Remote UK

Our client in the Cyber Security Industry is looking for an experienced B2B Account Manager to join their sales team. The focus of this role is building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring contract renewals.

This role would suit someone who enjoys the people and relationship side of sales - our client is looking for someone who is happy to pick up the phone and build relationships with their customers, ensuring they are getting the service they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and engagement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing advice and guidance on how the company can best support them.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges, offering practical solutions that align with the company's capabilities.
  • Find and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of the company's services
  • Keep clients informed about relevant products, services, and opportunities that could benefit them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor account performance and report back to the business including with feedback to help increase satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in B2B account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, especially around longer contracts and service-orientated delivery.
  • Someone who is excellent at building and maintaining relationships.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • The ability to listen, understand, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing customer relationships.
  • Negotiation skills to increase client satisfaction whilst ensuring profitability.
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
