Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 based on experience
Circle Recruitment is partnering with an established general contractor in South Florida to recruit an experienced Superintendent with a background in commercial and mixed-use construction.
This opportunity is suited to a construction professional who has successfully supervised ground-up construction or renovation projects and is comfortable managing day-to-day field operations in busy construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily construction activities from site preparation through project completion
Coordinate subcontractors, field personnel and onsite operations
Monitor project schedules, construction progress and resource requirements
Work closely with project management teams to ensure successful project delivery
Maintain high standards of safety, quality and site organization
Identify and resolve onsite challenges to minimize disruption and maintain project progress
Requirements
3+ years of construction field supervision experience
Previous experience working directly for a general contractor
Background in commercial or mixed-use construction projects
Experience overseeing ground-up construction or renovation projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling and subcontractor coordination
Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
Spanish-speaking ability is advantageous but not essential
