Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 based on experience
Circle Recruitment is partnering with an established general contractor in South Florida to recruit an experienced Structural Superintendent with a strong background in high-rise construction.
This opportunity is suited to a construction professional who has successfully supervised structural construction activities on large-scale vertical developments and is comfortable coordinating field operations, subcontractors and complex construction schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee structural construction activities from initial site preparation through completion
Coordinate structural subcontractors, field personnel and onsite operations
Manage construction schedules, site logistics and resource allocation
Supervise concrete and structural work to ensure compliance with project specifications
Work closely with project management teams to maintain progress against key milestones
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and construction requirements
Identify and resolve onsite challenges to maintain efficient project delivery
Requirements
6+ years of construction industry experience with a strong background in structural field supervision
Proven experience working on high-rise construction projects
Previous experience working directly for a general contractor
Strong understanding of structural construction methods, sequencing and scheduling
Experience coordinating concrete, formwork and structural subcontractors
Demonstrated ability to manage field teams and complex construction activities
Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
Spanish-speaking ability is advantageous but not essential
