Salary Range: $140,000 - $175,000 based on experience
Circle Recruitment is partnering with an established general contractor in South Florida to recruit an experienced Senior Superintendent with a strong background in tilt-wall and tilt-up construction.
This opportunity is suited to a construction professional who has successfully overseen large-scale construction projects and is comfortable leading field operations, managing subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily construction activities from site preparation through project completion
Coordinate subcontractors, field personnel and onsite operations
Manage construction schedules, site logistics and resource allocation
Supervise tilt-wall construction activities and coordinate associated trades
Work closely with project management teams to maintain progress against key milestones
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and project specifications
Identify and resolve onsite challenges to maintain efficient project delivery
Requirements
Extensive experience in construction field supervision, ideally at Senior Superintendent level
Proven experience overseeing tilt-wall construction projects
Previous experience working directly for an established general contractor
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling and site logistics
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and large field teams
Experience delivering commercial or industrial construction projects
Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
