Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000 based on experience
Circle Recruitment is partnering with an established general contractor in South Florida to recruit an experienced Senior Superintendent with a background in high-rise construction.
This opportunity is suited to a construction professional who has successfully overseen large-scale vertical construction projects and is comfortable managing complex site operations, subcontractors and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily field operations from initial site preparation through project completion
Coordinate subcontractors, field personnel and construction activities
Manage construction schedules, site logistics and resource allocation
Work closely with project management teams to maintain progress against key milestones
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and project specifications
Identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain efficient project delivery
Requirements
5+ years of construction industry experience with a strong background in field supervision
Proven experience delivering high-rise construction projects
Previous experience working directly for a general contractor
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling and site logistics
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and large field teams
Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
