Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 based on experience
Circle Recruitment is partnering with an established general contractor in South Florida to recruit an experienced Project Manager with a background in healthcare construction.
This opportunity is suited to a construction professional who has successfully managed commercial building projects and is comfortable overseeing complex work in demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and internal project teams
Oversee project schedules, budgets and contractual requirements
Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
Monitor project progress, quality standards and overall delivery
Work closely with field leadership to ensure successful project execution
Requirements
5+ years of construction project management experience
Previous experience working directly for a general contractor
Demonstrated involvement in healthcare construction projects
Experience delivering ground-up construction or renovation projects
Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
Spanish-speaking ability is advantageous but not essential
