Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000 based on experience
Circle Recruitment is partnering with an established general contractor in South Florida to recruit an experienced Project Executive with a background in healthcare construction.
This opportunity is suited to a senior construction professional who has successfully led complex commercial construction projects and is comfortable overseeing project teams, financial performance and overall project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight across construction projects from preconstruction through completion
Manage and support Project Managers, Superintendents and wider project teams
Oversee project budgets, financial forecasting and cost performance
Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders
Monitor project schedules, contractual obligations and overall project performance
Identify and manage project risks to ensure successful delivery
Requirements
10+ years of experience in project leadership positions
Previous experience working directly for a general contractor
Demonstrated experience in healthcare construction projects
Strong background in project financial management, budgeting and cost forecasting
Experience overseeing onsite construction operations and project teams
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
