HR Data Analyst - Manchester (Hybrid) - Up to £45K
An internationally renowned legal company are looking for a HR Data Analyst based in Manchester You will be in the office 3 days a week.
The HR Data Analyst will be the bridge between HR Systems and HR Data & Insights, ensuring system changes support reporting needs and maintain accurate, efficient HR processes and data.
The HR Data Analyst will have good experience working with workday systems and good stakeholder management with HR, Payroll and IT departments
Key Skills:
- Previous experience working within HR Data, People Analytics or Management Information.
- Strong capability across HR systems, reporting and data analysis with the ability to work confidently with complex HR information.
- Practical experience of Workday payroll is essential.
- Knowledge of data and visualisation tools such as SQL, PowerBI and tableau would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A relevant degree or analytical/technical qualification, such as Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline, would be desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and ongoing optimisation of HR systems and associated processes.
- Diagnose and resolve system, data and workflow issues, addressing root causes and managing solutions through to completion.
- Translate business needs into system requirements, supporting configuration, testing and successful delivery of enhancements.
- Support HR technology projects, including new implementations, upgrades, releases and system improvements.
- Ensure HR data remains accurate and reliable through regular validation, auditing and reconciliation.
- Deliver scheduled and ad hoc HR reporting and management information using HR systems and Microsoft Excel.
