Head of Enterprise Architecture- TOGAF - Law Firm
Head of Enterprise Architecture with excellent experience in enterprise architecture, technology architecture, data architecture & TOGAF certification is required by a leading law firm based in Leeds.
The role offers hybrid working, so 2 days a week in the Leeds office
This is a brand-new role to lead the firm's enterprise architecture and data architecture across technology services and platforms. You shall be shaping how technology & data support the firm's strategy, operational priorities, security obligations and future innovation.
Experience Required:
* Enterprise architecture leadership experience across technology & innovation
* Experience defining strategy, standards, governance and roadmaps in a complex environment.
* TOGAF certified
* Data architecture experience
* Business, application, integration and technology architecture.
* Designing scalable & resilient solutions across cloud and SaaS environments.
* AI governance, risk, assurance and control.
* Experience working for a Law firm / professional services environment would be ideal.
As the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you shall own architecture principles, standards, roadmaps and design governance. Part of the role will also be to build a trusted, well-governed data environment for reporting, insight, compliance & responsible AI adoption.
Key responsibilities:
* Define enterprise architecture principles, standards, roadmaps and governance.
* Lead the firm's technology architecture, data strategy, governance, quality and management approach.
* Solution design for major initiatives, supporting simplification, resilience and reduction of technical debt.
* Set governance and design guardrails for AI-enabled and emerging technologies.
* Work closely with the technology leadership & business stakeholders to shape roadmaps and support informed decisions.
* Lead and develop the team, including Solutions Architects, Solutions Consultants, and Data Architects

They are looking to pay a starting salary of between £100,000 - £120,000 (The top end you will need to have worked for a law firm, so you have that industry knowledge) + an excellent benefits package, including flexible & hybrid working.
