HR Data Analyst - Manchester (Hybrid) - Up to £45K - 12 month Fixed-term contract
An internationally renowned legal company are looking for a HR Data Analyst based in Manchester on a 12 month Fixed-term contract with the intentions to go permanent. You will be in the office 3 days a week.
The HR Data Analyst will sit within the HR function, working closely with senior stakeholders and support be responsible for analysing workforce data, improving reporting processes, and driving data-led initiatives across the business, and supporting the workday system.
Key Skills
- At least 2 years experience in a HR Data Analyst / People Analytics / HR MI role
- Strong analytical skills with PowerBI and Excel
- Experience working with Workday HR systems
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tableau is beneficial
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain data integrity across HR systems and reporting outputs
- Support day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of HR systems
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and Power BI reports
- Recommend improvements to analytics strategies and tools
- Contribute to HR projects, system implementations and upgrades
- Deliver reporting updates to tight deadlines
- Collaborate with HR, IT and suppliers on system and reporting needs
