The successful candidate will take responsibility for project delivery, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and project teams from preconstruction through completion.
Key Requirements:
Proven Senior Project Manager experience with a reputable general contractor.
Strong background delivering commercial, municipal, educational or other institutional projects.
Established knowledge of the South Florida construction market and local subcontractors.
Demonstrated employment stability and successful project delivery.
Strong leadership, communication and commercial management skills.
