We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for our Government client This role will be office based 3 days per week based out of London or York, and the remainder remote.
This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.
Role Profile:
- The resource should be able to articulate the importance of stakeholder management within a regulated environment and the difference between standard procurement activities managed post contract from those that are externally funded to delivery activities for 3rd parties
- The resource will be the key link between tactical supplier management and the strategic partnerships of the ETCS supply chain
- Understanding of Funding Arrangements
- Understanding of supporting and evaluating procurements in a commercial environment
- Management of Cost and Profiling
- Risk evaluation
- Programme and schedule management in a commercial environment
