Microsoft D365 CE/CRM Support Consultant - £40,000 Fully Remote/UK
A Microsoft Partner Consultancy are looking for a D365 CRM/CE support consultant to join their growing team.
This is a fully remote role for someone with experience supporting Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, working directly with customers to troubleshoots issues within Power Platform/D365 and provide solutions.
The Role
- Provide 1st/2nd line support across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues within agreed SLAs.
- Work with customers to understand and troubleshoot problems.
- Support solutions across the wider Power Platform.
- Liaise with internal consultants and technical teams where required.
About You
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Previous experience in a support or consultancy environment.
- Good understanding of the Power Platform.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
