IT Support Analyst (MSP) - Cambridge (Fully Officed Based) - £27K-£32K - Driver's licence required

A friendly, close-knit MSP based near Cambridge are actively looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their growing service desk team. Work is primarily based from their Service Desk, with onsite customer visits required when needed across Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas.
Key skills required:
- Proven experience in a IT support role within an MSP
- Proficiency supporting Windows 10/11 desktop environments
- Basic networking understanding, including network maintenance and monitoring
- Working knowledge of servers and key functions such as Active Directory and GPO
- Working knowledge of software deployment and management systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Desirable: firewall configuration, VLANs and subnetting, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Hyper-V/VMware
As a business, they provide a full range of IT solutions and services to SME, Public Sector, and charity clients across Cambridgeshire, East Anglia, and the Southeast. An Enhanced DBS check will be required prior to starting this role.
Here you will be joining a supportive team that has heavily invested in Service Desk automation to streamline daily tasks, giving you more time to focus on building strong customer relationships. There's also the opportunity to join the project team, supporting and implementing large-scale IT and infrastructure projects. With this opportunity, you will achieve:
- Starting salary up to £32,000 (DoE)
- 25 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays), rising to 28 after 3 years - plus your birthday off
