IT Project Manager - Leeds (Hybrid) - Up to £65K
A well-established Leeds-based law firm is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in business change and transformation. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a range of business-critical, technology-driven projects, working 3 days a week from the office.
In this role, you'll manage projects end-to-end - from initial planning through to execution and closure - while promoting strong governance, reporting standards, and best practice across both business change and IT application projects.
Key Skills:
- 2-3+ years' experience as a Project Manager delivering business change and transformation initiatives.
- Solid understanding of project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, or Waterfall).
- Confident managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities, across projects of varying scale.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Previous experience within a law firm is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT change and transformation projects.
- Collaborate across departments, engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Define and manage project scope, budgets, and roadmaps, applying Agile methodologies throughout.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Oversee project reporting, budgets, dashboards, and timelines.
