Digital Delivery Lead - Glasgow

A Digital Delivery Lead with a strong 3D-visualisation delivery background is required by a global consultancy company based in Glasgow. Ideally, you will have delivered digital products related to 3D visualisation working closely with Unity / Unreal Engine development teams.
This is a fantastic delivery lead role which will cover a mix of visualisation project and product delivery. A brand-new role, you will run projects from start to finish, working with dynamic teams across the UK.
This role would suit someone who is senior with management experience who either is currently working in digital delivery (or similar positions), or a senior engineer who is keen to move into a delivery role.
Experience required:
- At least 4+ years of experience in digital product / software delivery OR at least 4+ years of hands on engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Unity and / or Unreal engine (or similar technologies)
- Have a portfolio of product delivery experience in different project areas
- Experience of Organisational Change Management through running significant change initiatives
- Experience of Project Management through running complex projects with evidence of budget oversight
- Experience utilising AI for delivery methods, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and scalability
- Project Management Qualification- Such as a Professional project management certification is desirable, such as compatible with PRINCE2 or PMBOK
- Any Agile / Scrum experience would be a bonus
With strong experience in delivery, the Digital Delivery Lead will use their skills in managing multiple workstreams and 3D Visualisation projects, ensuring a collaborative working approach in an effective project delivery team.
- Lead complex digital projects from mobilisation to launch, ensuring strong technical performance, visual quality, usability and user experience.
- Work closely with developers, clients, and senior leaders to shape delivery strategies, identify opportunities, manage the pipeline and strengthen global digital capability.
- Establish effective delivery frameworks, governance and quality assurance, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, budget and client objectives.
- Improve operational efficiency through better processes, workflows, tools and automation, while managing resources, commercial requirements, risks, dependencies and escalations.
- Guide the responsible adoption of real-time, interactive and AI-enabled technologies, including modern development tools and practices.
- Build connected, collaborative and high-performing global teams through knowledge sharing, coaching, innovation and the development of future leaders and technical specialists.
