Dynamics 365 System Functional Configurator - Remote/UK - £60,000
An established UK organisation who are investing heavily into Microsoft Dynamics are looking to hire a Dynamics 365 System Functional Configurator to support the continued development of their Dynamics platform.
Working closely alongside the wider Dynamics team, you will be responsible for configuring and optimising Dynamics 365, translating business requirements into system functionality whilst ensuring the platform continues to evolve alongside the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who enjoys configuration, stakeholder engagement and improving business processes rather than pure development.
Key responsibilities;
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Translate business requirements into system configuration and automation.
- Build and maintain forms, views, dashboards, workflows and reports.
- Configure security roles, permissions and user access.
- Support data migrations, imports and data integrity.
- Work closely with business users and technical teams to improve business processes.
- Support UAT, releases and ongoing system improvements.
Experience needed;
- Commercial experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service or Finance & Operations.
- Experience using Power Platform including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Strong understanding of CRM and ERP business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective Dynamics solutions.
