There is NO threshold system at Circle, unless you fall below 70% of your £120K YEARLY target pro rata.
If you fall below 70% of yearly pro rata target, the first £3K of a month’s billings is not commissionable – but only until you climb back above 70%! Also note - new employees have no target!
