Are you an ambitious graduate looking for a career in IT Support? My client a growing MSP in Essex are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role, you will be required to be in the office 3 days per week. This is a fantastic role for anyone who wants a career in IT Support as the company have a clear progression path for candidates to progress to a 3rd line level.
Key Skills the Service Desk will have:
- 12 months experience in a Service role (MSP experience preferred)
- Experience using Microsoft windows and ITSM
- Fantastic Customer Service skills
- A hands-on approach
- A problem solver who is process driven and can multitask.
- A Degree
- A strong work ethic
- A hunger to learn.
- Ambitions to progress to a 2nd and 3rd line level
My client wants the successful candidate to hit the ground running with a dynamic and ''can do'' approach. You will be required to provide support for our clients, logging tickets using the ticketing system and helping resolve software and hardware issues. This role offers fantastic opportunities for progression and growth, they want you to progress to a 2nd line level within the year and will offer progression to a 3rd line level.
