Senior Servce Desk Engineer- Leeds-
A Senior Service Desk Engineer with good Microsoft Server, VMWare & Hyper-V experience is required by a Leeds based growing MSP as they are looking to add to their IT department.
You'll be needing to provide effective solutions to escalated technical issues and provide effective and efficient IT solutions to the business. Additionally, you will be required to maintain support and provide resolutions to their clients and their end users.
The key skills needed for this role are:
- Excellent Service Desk Support Experience
- Hyper- V
- Windows Servers
- Office 365
- Switch Configuration
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- MDT and WDS Experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organisation skills
- Problem Solving Skills
Duties of the role:
- Support the 1st and 2nd Line Engineers
- The diagnostic of problems/issues and provide necessary solutions
- To be approachable and step up when required
- Be well-rounded in most aspects of IT Support
- Be enthusiastic about your role and to motivate others around you
The salary for this role will begin at £30,000-£37,000 DOE as a starting salary, with the chance of progression!
