A fantastic brand-new role has become available to join a very reputable software house who have extremely ambitious growth plans. You'll be joining the business as the very first Senior Account Manager there, and as such this offers you the chance to really make an impact and bring all your own skills and ideas into the business.
Your role as a Senior Account Manager will be focussed on supporting current clients, covering daily account interactions, account management and a small element of cross or upselling. You will be the first point of contact for all clients, and you'll liaise with internal marketing, product and project management teams to ensure full lines of communication are open and available.
You will be responsible for organising catch up and review meetings with clients, who are distributed globally and ensure that the relationship between the business and the client is robust and nurtured.
We are ideally looking for a candidate with extensive experience as an Account Manager or Client Services Manager or similar, working for a software house or an IT Solutions business.
The company is looking for an individual who can not only manage their existing accounts, but also bring in new ideas and improve existing processes.
This opportunity offers you the chance to be the first Senior Account Manager within the business, rather than taking over from a recent leaver. This is an office based role, and doesn't currently offer hybrid working.
