Sales Development Representative - London / Hybrid

A Sales Development Representative with 12 months+ of experience in software/tech-based sales or B2B sales and a track record of exceeding lead generation targets is required by my client based in London. They are looking for a motivated and target driven individual who can work towards team and personal targets.
The role will primarily be to generate leads for the sales representative by finding new business opportunities in the market. We are looking for an outgoing Sales Development Representative who can make calls to prospects, connect to prospects via linked in, and generate meetings so that the sales reps can qualify and convert prospects to clients.
Based in Moorgate, the role is hybrid working with 1 day in the office as a requirement .
The company are looking to pay within the range of £30,000 - £35,000 in addition to bonuses.
Annual: 6% of base salary based on company financial performance
Personal: £2,000 per quarter based on personal targets.
It would be ideal if you have:
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software
