IT Support Techncian- Nottingham
IT Support Technician with onsite experience as well as Office 365, Windows 10, Exchange and VOIP knowledge join our market leading MSP.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting to both site-based and remote users, as well as providing onsite and field support. You will also ensure that systems are configured, maintained and monitored to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent knowledge of:
- 2nd Line IT support, ideally some field support experience
- Office 365
- Windows OS 8,10, 11
- Exchange
- Hyper-V
- WAN/LAN
- DNS
- You will also need excellent communication and problem solving skills along with a Full UK Drivers License.
