A leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), is seeking a dedicated IT School Engineer to join their team in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues in educational environments, including hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT equipment, such as computers, projectors, and interactive whiteboards.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to teachers and staff, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data and student information.
- Assist in technology upgrades and improvements to enhance the learning environment.
Key Skills the IT School Engineer will have:
- Windows Operating Systems - 10/8/7
- Experience of maintaining and working with WAN connection
- Cisco networking technologies - switches, routers
- Back ups
- Software licences
- Anti-virus tools
You will be responsible for providing IT support for multiple schools, with the school you are assigned being your main place of work. The schedule of this position will also vary, so the IT Support Technician can expect to visit up to 4/5 schools a week. The other day you will have the opportunity to shadow 3rd line engineers and learn new technologies.
This is a great opportunity to flex your technical skillset in providing solutions to improve the day to day running of networks across the schools and enhance user experience through new and existing technologies.
