IT Desktop Support Analyst - Law Firm - Guildford

IT Desktop Support Analyst with good 1^st line or 2^nd line support experience Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10, and Windows Server admin is required by a leading law firm in Guildford.

This may suit an established first line support person, looking to gain more 2^nd line responsibilities. Also, an established 2^nd line person, that wants a change, then this would also be suitable

Experience required:

• Good experience in 1^st line IT support and some 2^nd line IT support
• Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10, SharePoint, Teams etc
• Printer, Hardware, PC & iPad support experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience supporting legal applications such as iManage, Elite, Bighand & Intapp would be a huge bonus

Highlights for the role are:

• Based in Guildford with occasional travel to the other offices
• You will be working alongside another 2^nd line IT Support colleague in Guildford as part of a wider IT team
• Guildford has over 150 users requiring frequent deskside support so need to have great personable qualities
• Looking for someone who is solid on 1^st line, can handle changing priorities, has the ambition to move up to 2^nd line or has been doing it for a short period
• Customer service is key. The business is crying out for a great communicator who empathises and puts their needs first
• Needs somebody with an outgoing personality, be proactive and can google / look at forums for answers, rather than keep escalating the easiest of tasks up
• If you can help with documentation that would be a bonus and very helpful
• Balance the workload of the other person in that team, so a combined 4000 tickets per year, a very busy IT environment
