IT Administrator - IT Support - Windows - Software - Office 365 - Networking - Security - Compliance
As a member of the IT Administration team you will be working alongside the administrators and IT Managers to completely support strategic objectives focused on maintaining fixed asset register, improving and supporting software license procurement and renewal processes as well as hardware asset management. Additionally, the IT Administrator will be overseeing and ensuring software updates are applied and that relevant patch management tasks are undertaken to ensure compliance. The right person will be required to be one who is hands on with a wide range of IT operational support tasks. The successful candidate will be expected to work on other projects whilst closely liaising with 3rd party support to help resolve end-user requests relating to security and compliance.
Key Skills the IT Administrator will have:
- Very good understanding of software asset management and Licence procedures
- Proficient using Microsoft Office 365 and windows
- 2+ years IT Support experience
- Experience using network technologies
