Senior Account Manager, Account Team Lead, Software House, SaaS
A fantastic brand-new role has become available to join a very reputable software house who have very ambitious growth plans. You'll be joining the business as the Head of Account Management, which is a key role focussed on driving client growth, expanding relationships and maximising revenue across a global client base.
You will be in charge of a team of account managers whom you will mentor, train and develop, and ensure that you offer a strategic leadership function within a tech software house environment.
As the Head of Account Management you will be involved in the following:
- Leadership and team management
- Goal setting, performance reviews, ongoing coaching and support
- Ensure the Account Management team is working in a collaborative way
- Hands on client Account Management, including implementing account growth strategies
- Work with the wider business, to ensure all account management processes and practices ensure ISO compliance
- Oversee contract renewals and negotiations
- Team reporting and KPI setting
We are looking for a person who has been the Manager of a team of Account Managers within a software house or tech environment before.
