2nd Line Technical Support Engineer
Up to £30,000
I'm working alongside a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider, with offices across the country, looking to expand their team with a few new Technical Support Engineers. The team already consists of 4 Technical Support Engineers, 4 Service Desk Engineers, 2 Solution Architects and many more! With the growth of the company and constant increasing workloads, there will be ample opportunity for you to progress within the company!
As one of the 2nd line Technical Support Engineers, you will be getting involved with some projects in the team, providing onsite and remote support to their various clients, as well as getting to know some new and interesting tech through working closely with the Senior Engineer. If you've not done too much with the AWS and Azure Cloud solutions, now is your time to do it!
Experience, however basic, is required with the following technologies:
- Windows Server including AD, DNS/DHCP, SCCM, Exchange
- SAN and Storage
- Networking LAN/WAN inc CISCO and Juniper
