A brand new opportunity has become available to join a major UK brand based in Northampton. We are looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst, to provide IT Support across all internal users, working within an ITIL environment working to SLA's and being the next line of resolution from the 1st line team.
You shall act as the 2nd line for all IT issues passed over from the service desk team, and ensure that all issues are investigated, resolved and where applicable, documented in the knowledge base.
As a 2nd line Support Analyst, you will be expected to have excellent communication skills, and be an excellent team player. You shall have good attention to detail with time management and organisational skills.
Within this 2nd line support role, you will be working with the following technologies:
* Active Directory
* Group policy
* Office 365
It is a fairly extensive skill set, and we are not looking for candidates to have experience of all the technologies mentioned. We do expect candidates to have a number of years experience within a similar 2nd line support role.
This is a brand new position, which offers you the chance to join the company at a very exciting team of expansion. The role pays up to 35K + benefits. We are looking for someone who can ideally start immediately, this is going to be an initial 6 month FTC with a very likely extension aftwards.
