IT Desktop Support Analyst with excellent IT support experience and troubleshooting skills is required by a leading law firm in Guildford. This could be a great opportunity for an experienced service desk analyst looking to take a step up in their next role.
Experience required:
- Good experience in 1st/2nd line IT support
- Experience in Citrix environment would be preferred but not essential
- Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, AD, Windows 10, SharePoint, Teams, InTune, etc
- Printer, Hardware, PC & iPad support experience
- Basic networking skills/knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience supporting legal applications such as iManage, Elite, Bighand & Intapp would be a huge bonus
About the role:
- The position will be based in Guildford
- You will be working alongside two other 2nd line IT Support colleagues, as part of a wider IT team
- Guildford has over 150 users requiring frequent deskside support so need to have great personable qualities and customer service skills are very important
- The firm operate a predominantly in a cloud based environment, but also have a good physical infrastructure presence
- This role requires somebody with an outgoing personality, who will be proactive and will endeavour to resolve issues at the first point of contact
- Ability to help with documentation that would be a big bonus
My client is looking to pay between £30,000 - £35,000 + benefits
