A leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), is seeking a talented a talented IT presales Engineer to join their dynamic team in Birmingham. You will be in the office 3 days a week. The IT Presales Engineer will collaborate with the sales team in the development of IT roadmaps and strategies for all customers in the private, public and education sector.

Responsibilities the IT Presales Engineer will have:
- Conducting in-depth discovery sessions to understand client needs and pain points.
- Collaborating with our technical experts to design customized solutions.
- Creating compelling proposals, presentations, and demos to showcase our offerings.
- Providing expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the sales process.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Key Skills the IT Presales Engineer will have:
- Previous experience in an IT Presales role
- Experience of designing infrastructure and documentation
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Azure and Microsoft
- Previous consultancy experience is advantageous
- Azure certifications are highly desirable
- Previous hands-on experience in an IT Support/ Engineering background is highly desirable
Benefits
- Starting salary between £40,000 - £55,000
- 25 days holiday (rising to 28 days after 3 years service)
